17hats — client inquiry, project management, and invoicing
Stripe — payment processing (via 17hats)
Squarespace, Tithely, Jane Websites — website builder and hosting platforms used in the course of client work
Google Workspace — email and internal communications
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these platforms. We encourage you to review their individual policies directly.
Data Retention
We retain client information for as long as necessary to deliver services and meet our legal obligations under Ontario and Canadian federal law.
